Once again, we are calling on all our young people 4th grade and above to consider becoming altar servers. It has been a couple of years since we trained new altar servers, and we need them. When you volunteer to be an altar server you help the church in a wonderful way by assisting your friar priest at God’s Holy Altar. Not only is being an altar server good for your soul, it also helps you become a young leader; confident and comfortable standing up and serving in front of the whole congregation. Being an altar server teaches you to be responsible, follow a schedule, and commit to something important. I hope that many of you will be willing to serve as altar servers. It will be good for us, and good for you. There will be a link on our website to sign up. Our new Altar Servers Training will be on November 9th at 7:00 p.m. in the church.
